Tina Hothi, new associate partner at Johnson Fellows

Johnson Fellows expands property management team



Johnson Fellows has appointed Tina Hothi (pictured above) to its property management team in Birmingham as a new associate partner.


Tina joins the property consultancy  from e.surv, where she was an operational surveyor.

She brings over 22 years’ experience in commercial and residential  surveying across the UK, Channel Islands and Gibraltar, and has worked as a senior surveyor at BNP Paribas and GVA ( now Avison Young).

In her new position at Johnson Fellows, Tina will deal with corporate estate, investment portfolio and landlord service charge management, as well as database and service charge budget management.

“I am very excited to be joining Johnson Fellows which has a wonderful reputation in the property sector, built on the hard work and professionalism shown by the team,” said Tina.

“I am looking forward to helping to drive the property management team forward, providing outstanding service for existing and new clients.”
